Description

Qualifications:

1.Complete rental application: 50$ per person (application required for all persons over 18yrs of age)

2.Must provide income documentation with a minimum of 2.5 times the monthly rent. (Must show a history of 1 month in paystubs and Current Bank statement)

3.Complete a background check

4.Security Deposit : 1.5 Month Rent which is refundable if no damages at end of lease

5.Fridge, microwave And stove provided

Rent includes Maintenance and regular Pest control services!
