Some amenities may not be available without the purchase of temporary membership to Sawgrass Country Club. Community amenities for guests not purchasing membership to Sawgrass Country Club include community pool, community playground and walk-in beach access. Short walk or bike ride to the beach. Owner approved dog will require a non-refundable pet fee and a refundable pet deposit. Available as a short term furnished rental by the month from June- September. Owner may consider a rental beginning in May on occasion.
